Employment in the sector is a strategic issue which determines the leadership of the French cosmetics industry.

Our challenge for 2023 is to become the preferred sector for the talents of the future.

To do this, in 2023 we are going to initiate a series of actions around the attractiveness of the sector (dedicated platform, communication campaign, etc.) which will serve the interests of all players in the cosmetics industry.

We are launching co-financing with companies in the sector.
